The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:00-22:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals coffee, tea, soft drinks, beer and water are offered. Also at the disposal of the AI guests are three A la Carte restaurants; Mexican, Italian, seafood/grill. Snacks such as salads, hot-dogs, hamburgers, pasta, French fries, pizza, meat dishes, rice, etc are available between 12:00 & 16:00 at the snack bars (Jalapeno & Seacape - on the beach). There is tea time taking place as well. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like water, juices, beer, rum, etc are served from 10:00-23:00 at selected bars - according to each outlets opening hours.
