The Palms South Beach, boasting a new name, look and concept is ideally located on the north end of South Beach, The Palms promises guests the personal service of a boutique hotel combined with the barefoot sophistication of tropical estates. The hotel is within walking distance of the Art Deco Historic District, approximately 10 blocks from the Miami Beach Convention Center, 12 miles from the Miami International Airport and 8 miles form the Downtown business district.

The Palms is a destination reminiscent of the charming ambience of a Caribbean plantation with the modern amenities of a full-service resort. Sunbath amid a lush, landscaped pool garden or take a refreshing swim in the ocean.

Note: There is an 12.43 hotel fee per room, per night which will be collected by the hotel directly, which includes high-speed wireless internet access, local phone calls (up to 15 minutes each), daily New York Times or Miami Herald, access to the fitness room, and usage of the lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach and poolside. Valet parking is available at a nominal charge of 27.00 per night. A buffet breakfast is also available daily for 22 per person plus tax. Check in time is at 4:00pm and Check-out is at 11:00am.
